Full Description

Site of poorhouse, depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps, which show a long L-plan range divided into 10 cottages. The 1st edition also shows what appear to be garden plots to the west. It was built circa 1850 and could house 28 men or women. Demolished probably in the 1960s.
