Full Description
Site of a Royal Observer Corps post opened in January 1958 and closed in October 1968. No trace remains above ground: it is now within a small housing development. An aircraft post on stilts which stood at the southwest corner of the compound was demolished in 2002. It measured circa 2.1 m by circa 1.5 m, constructed of concrete blocks, raised just over 2 m from the ground on concrete pillars. A telegraph pole stood nearby.
