Full Description
Site of cairn. The OS Name Book records (1868) that a cairn of considerable size stood on Hill of Cairnbrogie 'within living memory'. An urn, human remains and a small red sandstone 'trough', neatly chiselled, were found. The trough was at Cairnbrogie but no trace now.
