Full Description
A trial trenching evaluation was carried out by Cameron Archaeology in March 2014 prior to redevelopment of a small industrial unit. Only limited areas were available for trenching, concentrated on the west side of the development area. A cut feature located in Trench 1, in the southwest part of the site was probably part of the Aberdeenshire Canal (NJ81SE0535), but the site had been disturbed by modern services.
