Full Description
Possible site of a motte. It is on a long ridge running East - West. Meldrum (1957) notes that 'There are slight traces of fortifications on the top of Camp Hill, about three-quarters of a mile east of Peterculter'. Nothing is visible of this possible earthwork, and its site has been heavily landscaped and disturbed by the development of roads and buildings associated with Camphill School.
