Full Description

Site of cist sfound when digging sand from a natural hillock, the first in 1873, the second in 1874. Worked flints were found in one and an adult skeleton and undecorated beaker found in other. Beaker is SP Step 1 N/NR (undecorated).

Found 1873 & 74. OxA sample no V-2172-31 gives date BP 3803+/-32 and calibrated BC 2290-2150 and 2400-2130
