Full Description
Three individual pits excavated by CFA in 2019 during a watching brief within the cable route corridor for the Moray East Offshore Wind Farm (NJ66SE0330). Two of the pits were circular and sub circular, one irregular, all shallow with gently sloping sides, varying from 1.2-0.75 m by 1.05-0.6 m by 0.04-0.15 m deep, with fills including rounded stones. No archaeological finds were reported.
