Full Description
Site of a tolbooth, erected in or after 1673 for use as a prison. It was later converted into a dwelling but demolished mid 18th-19th century. The old farmhouse of Woodhead (NJ73NE0132) was built on the site, and some of the masonry may be relicts of the old tolbooth.
