Full Description
Site of a quarry depicted on the OS 1867 1st edition map. It does not appear on the 2nd edition 1888 map. Site visit by RCAHMS 1996 noted that nothing is now visible of this quarry, and its site is marked by a low heap of field-cleared stones in the corner of an improved field about 40m southwest of the farmhouse at Lofthillock steading.
