Full Description

Site of cist or grave. The cist was roughly built, and composed of stones of all sizes. Apparently the grave had been previously disturbed, as the stones were all tumbled into a heap and mixed up with reddened earth and fragments of charred wood. Two feet under the surface, amongst this mixed material, 5 or 6 fragments of cinerary urn were found, now lost.
