Full Description
Remains of a farmstead, longhouses and enclosures, at foot of a steep slope. This small settlement is depicted on the 1867 1st edition OS map which shows the township comprised two farmsteads, set some 380m apart, with other buildings scattered between them and to the north-west. The steading in the northwest included a horsemill, and appears to have been remodelled later in the 19th century. Most of the buildings are shown as unroofed on the 2nd edition map and all are now derelict.
