Full Description

A walkover survey was carried out by MAS in December 2012 in advance of proposed planting. The survey excluded the central area of deep bog which was waterlogged. The north and west sides of the site comprised a series of sand hills. Apart from three known areas of rig and furrow (NJ70SE0007) no archaeological features or finds were recorded.
