Full Description
Site of stone circle depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. No trace of this circle remained when OS visited 1964, but in the stone wall enclosing the stackyard at Blackhill are five large boulders, probably those referred to by Coles (1903) as having been used for building dykes. The whereabouts of the sixth stone recorded by Coles as being used for lintels, was not evident.
