Full Description
Cluster of ten pits recorded during a watching brief by CFA in 2011 during topsoil stripping for a gas pipeline. The pits measured between 0.13m and 0.75m in diameter, with depths ranging between 0.04m and 0.08m. The finds from the site comprised some slag and some ceramic building material, possibly pantile.
