Full Description
Site of a cairn. The OS Name Book recorded that a large cairn existed here, then overlain by a churchyard wall. The half outside the wall survived, though denuded, but the other half inside had been used for the building of the wall. The cairn has almost been entirely removed with now slight indications of the wall being obscured by vegetation. RCAHMS site visit 1994 noted that there were no visible traces in the overgrown ground adjacent to the church wall.
