Full Description
Site of tumuli in which urns were said to have been found noted by the OS Name Book (1867). They had disappeared by 1897, at which time Crammond was assured that no urns were ever found, only a cist in one of them (other cairn NJ 4594 6672). He was also told that they were cairns, one being called 'Gallow Hill'.
