Full Description

Site of a building and an enclosure depicted on the historic OS maps. The 1st edition shows a rectangular building with an enclosure to the west. There is a small rectangular structure on the west side of the enclosure. By the 2nd edition there had been a small addition to the to the northeast side of the building, and a small square structure to the southwest. Field survey carried out by CFA Archaeology in 2009 (NJ44SW0104) recorded that there are no upstanding remains of the building or enclosure. However five stones, roughly forming a linear feature (3 m long) were recorded to the east (NJ 43278 43795), and could possibly relate to the building or enclosure.
