Full Description

Cup-marked stones. Two diorite boulders found at Hilton, one with 30 and the other 11 cup and ring marks, first noticed some years before 1903. They were acquired by the landowner and both stones appear to have been taken to Beldorney Castle. A cast of the larger stone was given to NMAS in 1904. OS site visit 1967 noted that there was now no knowledge of these stones at Castle. No further information.
