Full Description

Two souterrains amongst a number of others 'in the moor of Clava', these two cleared out in 1875 . The northernmost contained ashes, charred wood and animal bones. It had been mutilated by removal of stones in 1821. The other contained charcoal, bones, horses teeth and dogs jaw bones. Two of its wall stones were cup-marked. Querns and broken stone lamp found.
