Full Description

A stone circle surrounding a cairn stood on west slope of Doune Hill until the mid 19th century. A stone cist in centre, surmounted by a blue-coloured boulder of immense size. Now no trace. Reassessment of stone circles by RCAHMS (2011) concluded that this was just a large robbed cairn.
