Full Description
A small cave, the opening blocked with a stone and mortar wall with an opening made from reused metal bars. Recorded during SCAPE Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (CCZAS) in 2022. Two square post-holes at the base of the entrance overhang to the west of the cave may be evidence of an additional timber structure outside. There are frequent grooves, for the sharpening of tools, in the bedrock outside the cave. It appears to have been used as a workshop/storage.
