Full Description
Site of cairn, situated on hill slope near margin of Gownie wood. The boundary was marked by a circle of large earthfast stones. About 3.04m beyond base was the remains of another circle of large stones. No trace of cist or chamber, but deposits of charcoal and ash were found when the cairn was opened in 1890: it appeared to have been disturbed previously. Now no trace.
