Full Description
Site of a sheepfold, depicted on the OS 2nd edition map comprising three joined enclosures. Field survey in May 2022 ahead of a proposed overhead 132kV line (NJ25SE0078) noted that no substantial remains survive, and the banks of the Back Burn are severely eroded. The area is flat and overgrown. A rectangular concrete trough, or tank, measuring 3 m by 1.5 m and 1.5 m deep, lies in the area of the north enclosure.
