A desk based assessment and walkover survey was carried out by Highland Archaeology Services in February 2024 ahead of proposed native woodland planting in three areas along the burns of Allt nan Seileach, Luachir Bhan and Allt Lynavoir.

Full Description
A desk based assessment and walkover survey was carried out by Highland Archaeology Services in February 2024 ahead of proposed native woodland planting in three areas along the burns of Allt nan Seileach, Luachir Bhan and Allt Lynavoir. This recorded some of the features of a previously known depopulated settlement (NJ21NW0006), and remains of a further structure (NJ21NW0060) along the Allt Lynavoir, but no other features in the other areas.
