Full Description
Site of Inverugie Castle. Stones of the castle were cleared when the Clashach Quarries were leased circa 1924, although traces of the foundations were visible at that time. OS site visit in 1963 noted that no trace remained, and the site had been mutilated by trenches from World War II.
