Full Description
Site of a castle built by Cumyns of Altur circa 1450 of which no trace remains. The site was partially covered at one point by huts and lumber, but there is now a pair of cottages in the centre of the site. A large rectilinear cropmark is visible in the area with a few small rectangular features within. These may be features associated with the castle.
