Full Description
Foundations of a small rectangular structure, depicted as roofless (with a benchmark on it) on the OS 1st edition map, and recorded during SCAPE Community Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (CCZAS) in 2022. It measures 4 m by 2.5 m, and is constructed into the edge of the sandstone cliff. Two sides are cut into natural bedrock, the two seaward sides are of ashlar with mortar.
