Full Description

Archaeological watching brief on groundworks associated with the construction of a new distillery development in 2007 recorded no significant archaeological features or artefacts. The site is located within an area known to be rich in prehistoric, medieval and post-medieval remains. However the majority of the development site had undergone significant landscaping prior to the building of the Malting plant.
