Full Description
A chapel and burial ground are said to have occupied this site. The New Statistical Account (1836) said it was believed to have been Roman Catholic and that the burial ground had been planted with trees. OS visit 1967 noted that the tradition of the chapel was known locally but no trace of the building has been found.
