Full Description

An 'ancient spear made of bell metal' was said to have been dug up on the Echt estate circa 1845. It measured 0.69 m long, 44 mm wide at the blade and weighed 1.87 kg (4lbs 2ozs). The present whereabouts of this spearhead is not known.
