Full Description
Lithic scatter recorded during fieldwalking by the Mesolithic Deeside project in February 2022. A total of 19 worked flint lithics were recovered, including one core, a leaf point, 12 flakes, and five blades. The flakes, blades and a single platform blade core indicate the area was occupied in the Late Mesolithic. The leaf shaped point (arrowhead) dates from the Early Neolithic.
