Full Description
Remains of a farmstead depicted on historic OS maps. The 1st edition map shows a group of six buildings, one a U-plan steading: three of the others appear unroofed. The 2nd edition also shows a horse-mill on the west side of the steading. Site visit in August 2021 as part of a walkover survey by AOC ahead of a proposed wind farm (NJ15SE0068) noted remains of the steading, and the house which remains roofed although in a ruinous state. Footings of other buildings survive under grass.
