Full Description

Two Roman coins, a 'small brass Roman coin of Emperor Valentinian I (4th century AD) ad a brass coin of Athens. The obverse shows a helmeted head facing right, the reverse Minerva standing resting on a shield. They were donated to the NMAS in 1864 but there is no indication of provenance nor that these were other than collector's items.
