Full Description
Two spindle-whorls, found in the 19th century circa 180 m east south-east of Cloisterseat farmhouse by the farm tenant, Mr C. Temple, who subsequently donated them to the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS), now the Royal Museum of Scotland (RMS) Accession no BE 5 is 38 mm diameter 'ornamented with lines', and BE 32 is 32 mm in diameter. One was crudely ornamented.
