Full Description
Field system of over 56 stone clearance heaps recorded by OS in 1965. They were almost all circular, between 8m and 2m in diameter, and 0.3 to 0.7m high, composed of earth and small stones. OS site visit in 1971 recorded that they had then recently been ploughed through and the area re-afforested. Traces of lynchets and rickles of stones are visible, but no hut circles.
