Full Description
Four undecorated stone balls, two of limestone and two of sandstone, from the River Dee at Torry are in Marischal Museum, Aberdeen. Limestone ball, measuring 94 mm in diameter (ABDUA: 16339). Sandstone ball, measuring 94 mm in diameter (ABDUA: 16340). Limestone ball, measuring 79 mm in diameter (ABDUA: 16341). Sandstone ball, measuring 69 mm in diameter (ABDUA: 16342). These objects may be cannon balls.
