Full Description
Flint knapping site found and examined by JG Callander in 1916. It was 2.75m in diameter and revealed a handful of flint chips and three worked flints, including the point of a leaf-shaped arrowhead. Flint tools have been found elsewhere on the hill. OS site visit in 1969 was unable to locate the site though Callander's description suggests it was situated on a shelf extending from NJ 636 337 to NJ 634 337.
