Full Description

A bronze axe, gold bracelet and other trinkets were found in this area in 1830. They were alleged to have belonged to the followers of Bruce at the Battle of Barra (NJ72NE0004), but some at least belong to an earlier prehistoric period. The axe measured 75mm broad. No further information, and no longer of current whereabouts.
