Full Description

A cast bronze bead from a beaded torc, found southeast of Urquhart during metal detecting in 2001. Now in poor condition with much of its original surface lost. It is hollow-cast, tapering in section with a corrugated ridge, each of the seven raised ribs with grooves on its flanks, and a central perforation. It measures 30 mm by 12-5 -15.5 mm.
