Full Description
Stone axe, an axehead and a large flint spearhead. The axe, 240mm by 196mm is of water-worn granite (not local) and of a very unusual shape. It is quite flat on both faces. The axehead, 190mm by 140mm, 50mm thick, is also of granite and is more rounded in form. It is probably unfinished as there appears to be a partially incised groove in it, which suggests that it was intended to affix to a handle.
