Full Description

A bronze flat axe, very corroded with a worn edge, was found in 1991 by metal detecting circa 13 cm below the ground surface, lying vertically in soil. The farmer states that ground has been ploughed regularly for many years. In possession of finder. The axe measures 11.8 cm in length, 6.6 cm in width.
