Full Description

Part of a brooch was found by a metal detectorist on Binn Hill near Garmouth in 2001. It is a unique example with a flattened lentoid enamelled bow and zoomorphic foot joined to the bow. Claimed as Treasure Trove (TT83/01) allocated to National Museum of Scotland but on long term loan to Elgin Museum.
