Full Description
Two Romano-British brooch fragments found by metal-detecting to the south of Clarkly Hill. One is a headstud brooch , the other a variant trumpet brooch with an enameled disc on the bow. Other items, including brooches, have also been found in the vicinity (NJ16NW0101, NJ16NW0102, NJ16NW0103, NJ16NW0105) suggesting that there may be a contemporary site in the area.
