Full Description

Possible remains of some form of medieval stronghold. The knoll is an irregular mound with slight traces of robbed walling around the brink on its north and west sides. Footings of another wall 1m wide cross the summit. On the west and northwest sides are three separate short lengths of earthen banks 9 x 2m high but there is no evidence that the banks ever formed a continuous outer defence to the mound.
