Full Description
Small quarry pits recorded during walkover survey by MAS in April 2019 (NO99NW0136) ahead of proposed quarry extension. Between NO 94714 99474 and NO 94742 99501 are two small arcs of stone each around a slightly hollowed area and with natural rock outcrop. They give the impression of small scale quarrying for stone around a natural outcrop. There may be some added dumping from field clearance.
