Full Description

A low knoll with an 8m diameter hollow in its top was described by the OS (1972) as a 'vague circular bank about 9m in diameter' and suggested to be a possible hut-circle. Walkover survey in 1999 concluded that it is more likely that this is simply a quarry pit rather than a hut-circle.
