Full Description
Remains of a length of bank of similar character and profile to NJ83NE0080, enclosing an area with extensive indications of rig and furrow, recorded during a walkover survey by Mercer and Ralston in 1989 prior to a proposed extension of Bellmuir Quarry (NJ83NE0181). A desk based assessment carried out by Rathmell Archaeology in 2016 ahead of proposed development of Bellmuir Quarry and subsequent field observation noted the site (S20.12) as present but did not record any further details, with the site located outwith the proposed development area.
