Full Description
Remains of an unmapped track and a series of earthworks recorded during walkover survey by Headland Archaeology in 1999 ahead of proposed pipeline. The earthworks are distorted by collapse and sand-blow, but some lengths of trench are still up to 1.5m deep and 4-5m wide and have a regular zig-zig pattern. These features probably relate to 20th century military activity.
