Full Description

A rudely-shaped cross with a hole pierced through shaft between the arms of the cross, which may be an early market cross. Local tradition holds that this was a preaching cross erected by the Culdees. It is situated in the graveyard of Kirkmichael Parish Church (NJ12SW0006).
