Full Description
Remains of a quarry depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. Site visit by Clyde Archaeology in March 2025 in connection with proposed overhead line refurbishment (NJ73SW0201) recorded that this is visible as an elongated disused quarry overgrown with trees, gorse and grass, with no stone evident.
